Gavin is two! 

Holy cow the time goes fast. Oh how I love that sweet boy. He does so much and understands so much. It is amazing how much he recognizes. He knows when we pass Josh's school in the morning he knows that when we get to Chris's work we're there to pick up Daddy he recognizes my work he knows so much and is so observant. We finally turned his car seat around and I'm pretty sure he loves being able to see everything.

Thank you to everyone who helped and everyone that came to Gavin's birthday party. He had a blast and we love you all.

The cake had struggles... Elmo was too heavy and I didn't have a chance to get supports for the cake. I'm just glad it lasted long enough for pictures.

Gavin took Elmo apart and took a bite out of his leg.

Then he got worried and tried to put him back together.

Becky and Angie and their families gave Gavin an awesome Planes toy. He loves it.

Of course Missy gave Gavin and awesome book. We love books!

Note to the makers of "Pinata Candy" (because that's what it said on the bag) .... Don't put smarties in your pinata candy the packs break and you end up with loose smarties everywhere!
